The WAEC Digital Certificate is an online platform that lets you access, share, request confirmation, recover your candidate number, and confirm your WAEC certificate from your computer or mobile device.
With the help of this platform, it is now easy to get a WAEC certificate. Once you’ve downloaded your certificate, you can give it to other people or institutions/organizations so they can easily verify it.

How to Get a WAEC Certificate Online
Go to https://portal.waec.org/account/register and sign in.
For new users, click “certificate access.”
Next, fill in the information needed to access the WAEC certificate (Enter your name as captured on your WAEC certificate)
Click on “Register.”
A verification code for your account will be sent to the email address you gave. Enter the code in the space provided and click “Submit.”
Next, use the email address given to log in to your account and share your certificate.
To get a WAEC certificate, you need to know the examination year, the type of examination, and the candidate’s examination number. To use the WAEC digital certificate, you have to pay 7,500, or $ 30 for transactions that take place outside of Nigeria.
How to Get Back Your WAEC Number
You can find your exam number on the platform if you have forgotten it. For international transactions, it costs 12 units (3,000) or $12 to look up a WAEC exam number.

To get back the WAEC exam number you forgot:
Click “Access” in the menu bar at the top.
When you get to the page, look to the right. You will see a button that says “recover examination number.”
Then click it.
Give the name you used when you signed up for the WAEC exam.
The number of your test will be shown.
