Yusuf Bakmaz Obituary – automobile Accident: A Montclair State University sophomore died in an automobile accident in Ridgefield.

Yusuf Bakmaz studied computer science at Montclair State University and achieved the Dean’s List.

A 19-year-old Garfield college student was killed and his girlfriend was seriously injured when his Mustang ploughed into the front of a brand-new restaurant in Ridgefield early Saturday.

Yusuf Bakmaz missed the split to Grand Avenue on the left around midnight on June 24, according to Ridgefield Police Chief TJ Gallagher, as the two were travelling north on Broad Avenue.

The teen’s white 2002 Ford Mustang drove across the island, clipped another vehicle, and crashed into Karden, which opened in April at the former Chan’s Dragon Inn location.

Bakmaz was declared deceased on the scene.

His girlfriend had exited the vehicle and was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center’s trauma centre in critical condition.

According to Gallagher, no one was injured in the clipped vehicle.
